HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We have a standard 1-3 day processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of receiving your package.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Huntsville, Alabama.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Currently due to COVID-19, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once we hand over orders to USPS for shipping, we rely on them to safely deliver packages to our customers. First, check to see if a neighbor might have it or it was placed at another place around your home. If you still aren't able to locate it, please contact your local USPS office directly. They can place a trace on the package.
CAN I BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST FOR AN ITEM THAT'S OUT OF STOCK?
