Kris El requires 1-3 business days processing time for all orders. Once orders are processed and fulfilled, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and first class shipping takes 2-3 business days. International Shipping takes 10-15 business days. Packages are sent through USPS. Tracking information is sent to the email address on file.
To ensure that successful delivery takes place, please make sure you provide your correct mailing address. Packages that are redirected to our warehouse due to an incorrect mailing address will incur a reshipping fee.

Kris El is not held liable for packages that are stolen. Please contact USPS if your package is marked as delivered and it's not in your possession.
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
